Product information

Review each product description for dimensions, materials, fastening, quantity and included components before ordering. Check garment compatibility where relevant.

Colour and style names do not establish material composition. Precious-metal, gemstone, fibre and other material claims apply only where expressly confirmed in the product information.

Clothing, gift boxes and other styling props are included only when expressly listed.

Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colours and finishes. Photographs are not a measurement scale. These differences do not excuse supplying goods that materially differ from their description.

Use and care

Follow the product-specific fastening and care instructions. Do not force a clasp, clip or pin, and stop using an item with damaged components.

Our general styling and care guides do not replace instructions supplied with an item. These precautions do not exclude responsibility for defective or misdescribed goods.

Prices and payment

The transaction currency, available payment methods, shipping charges, applicable taxes and final payable total are shown at checkout. Your payment provider may apply separate conversion or cross-border fees.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Such changes do not automatically alter the price of an order already accepted.

Orders and availability

An automated order-receipt email confirms receipt of your order. If a stock issue, payment problem, material listing error or delivery restriction prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and explain the available options.

We will not substitute a materially different item or impose an additional charge without your agreement. Payments collected for items we cancel and cannot supply will be refunded.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether the request can be accommodated based on fulfillment status. After dispatch, the return process may apply. Any cancellation rights required by law remain available.
